Some like it hot
A brick oven, smokehouse and grill all in one. Sadly, due to unfortunate location the brick oven only lives in memory. Will 2.0 rise from the ashes?

I see food as great exercise in creativity. I read a recipe as a starting place and then head off to experiment. Baking without a recipe is not for the weak of heart, especially in an affectionately name "crematorium" by my parents. 
I got pretty good at cooking on it. Getting a thermometer and realizing it was 1200F degrees when I was cooking, helped a lot. Cooking closer to 700 certainly reduced the stress. pizzas from dough to crispy in 90 seconds was pretty cool though!
